Job Title: Children’s Home Registered Manager
Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire
Salary: £42,000 - £49,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus an excellent bonus scheme

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Manager to lead a team dedicated to creating a supportive environment where children and young people can thrive. This role requires a forward-thinking, warm, and approachable leader who prioritises safeguarding and works collaboratively with all staff, families, and agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
* Ensure the home meets all requirements of The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and exceeds the Quality Standards
* Safeguard the children and young people in your care
* Lead, manage, and motivate your team to provide the highest quality of care
* Collaborate positively with agencies, families, and stakeholders
* Ensure staff work to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people
* Oversee staff performance and ensure an effective workforce strategy, including recruitment, induction, rota management, supervision, and professional development
* Monitor facilities, resources, practices, and records regularly following our Quality Assurance Process
* Strategically develop the home to ensure sustainability, viability, and growth
Key Skills Required
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
* Minimum of 2 years of management experience with prior Ofsted registration
* Strong leadership and time management skills
* Knowledgeable in current care legislation and high-quality outcomes
* Skilled in providing flexible, personalised care packages
* Experienced in partnership with local authorities, parents, and other stakeholders
* Full UK driving licence
