Job description
Are you passionate about retail and luxury timepieces? We are looking for a Full Time Sales Advisor for our Longines boutique in Oxford Street, London. Please note this is a fixed term maternity cover contract.
You will provide exceptional levels of customer service to all customers, merchandise, promote and sell all Longines products to end consumers, meet all sales targets and Boutique objectives, and support the management team.

Profile
Management
1. Assist the management team in training, supervising and motivating employees.
2. Plan, organise and prioritise yourself and the team to optimise use of available time.
3. Deliver high customer service within the team.
4. Motivate and develop team performance.
5. Assist in Adhoc managerial tasks as required.
Security
1. Assist in controlling shrinkage by attentive action on the shop floor, merchandise handling, accident prevention and careful operation of the till and administration policies and procedures.
2. Maintain/build a general awareness of products and security hot spots.
3. Follow Company policy and procedures for opening/closing the boutique.
4. Maintain correct processing of all deliveries.
5. Opening and closing of the boutique.
Sales
1. Greet and serve all customers providing a friendly service and delivering a full and memorable experience.
2. Ensure familiarity with the product collection, past and present, so that customers can be provided with as much detail as necessary.
3. Ensure good knowledge of all functions of watches and other products.
4. Provide reliable information to customers in all matters relating to sales and customer service.
5. Help display merchandise as directed.
6. Contribute to the boutique reaching its monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
7. Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, every time. Whether by email, over the phone, or in person in the boutique.
Care of the Boutique
1. Ensure the boutique is kept clean and presentable at all times.
2. Back of house and shop floor are both just as important.
3. Health and Safety aware.
4. Good Visual Merchandising standards.
Communication
1. Adhere to company policies and regulations.
2. Attend briefing sessions as directed by your line manager.
3. Present and conduct themselves in a professional manner to both customers and colleagues.
4. Deal with international customers and be familiar with their customs and culture.
5. Communicate clearly to consumers and colleagues.
Product Knowledge
1. Attend regular training days.
2. Take responsibility, and be self-motivated and pro-active, to understand all new products and apply training and instructions.
3. Deliver good product knowledge to our customers.
Merchandising
1. Ensure products are displayed in line with Company policies and procedures.
2. Deliver high boutique presentation standards.
Other
1. Entertain clients and guests within the boutique and external environment.
2. Undertake duties and responsibilities which may fall within the remit of such a post under the direction of your line manager.
Professional requirements
1. Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches or jewellery.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
