Claimont Health is hiring We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Learning Disability Support Workers who have worked with a range of mental health conditions and age groups. If you have experience with supporting children or young adults with learning disabilities, we would like to hear from you. This particular role is to support our client who is 10 yrs old on a 2:1 basis at home in Bexhill during school holidays. We are looking for a standout support worker who can support our clients to engage in meaningful activities, as part of their personal development and progression. This support will provide respite care in the home initially until a the client is comfortable to be taken out in the community with their chosen support staff. YOU MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR Required Skills/Qualifications: 1 year or more experience as a Mental Health or Learning Disability Support Worker Flexibility, maturity, independence, and carry a very high professional standard. Commitment to delivering client specific care. Adaptable approach to support client and family members. Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.
