Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people? Join our dynamic and enthusiastic Education Partnership team in Nottinghamshire, where you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils with special educational needs and those with social, emotional, and mental health needs who are Educated Other Than At School.
As part of our team, you will liaise directly with pupils, families, external agencies, and education settings to ensure that pupils are attending, making progress, and feel valued. Your excellent communication and data collation skills will be essential in building positive relationships and ensuring effective collaboration with a range of support services.
This is a peripatetic post, meaning you will have the opportunity to work across various locations, providing hands-on support and making a real impact. While some lone working is involved, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped for the role.
Appointment to this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
Disabled applicants who meet the essential shortlisting requirements will be guaranteed an interview. A job share scheme is available for all full-time posts: both permanent and temporary, unless otherwise stated. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff to share this commitment and undergo appropriate checks.
