Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This office-based role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including sending out patient letters, managing appointment bookings, handling referrals, and providing reception support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Send patient letters via email and post.
* Sort, file, and maintain accurate records.
* Perform reception duties, including answering calls and welcoming visitors.
* Process online and telephone referrals efficiently.
* Manage diaries and schedule appointments.
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare setting).
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* A professional and friendly demeanour.
