Hours: 37.5 hours per week As a Senior Hub Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team through the co-ordination and booking of care, which involves smooth management of the referral process; ensuring data and information is accurately inputted into the Robotic Process Automation systems, which include eCommunity, Emis and SystemOne. This will be a busy and varied role, but main duties will including maintaining the daily rotas ensuring that services are adequately staffed and each member of staff has met their contracted hour requirements, the coordination of clinical service based on priority based on handovers from Marie Curie Nurses and information from referrers, monitoring and highlighting the utilisation of each service to the Hub Manager, Senior Nurse and Clinical Nurse Manager, meanwhile demonstrating respect for patient and carer autonomy, beliefs, values and adhering to patient confidentiality and dignity. As an integral part of the Hub Coordination Team, you will need to be able to work under your own initiative, follow Marie Curie processes, adjust and adapt your approach depending upon the immediate need as well as build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
