With decades of experience in the sector, they supply and maintain a diverse range of dock levellers, industrial doors, high-speed doors, and safety systems to customers across the United Kingdom. As they continue to expand, they are now looking for skilled PPM and Reactive Engineers to join their team, ensuring their products remain at peak performance for their clients. Role and Responsibilities PPM and reactive maintenance of industrial door and loading bay systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. Service and maintain dock levellers, dock shelters, industrial doors, and fast-action doors. Work to health and safety procedures, risk assessments, and service-level agreements. Provide technical support and first-time fixes wherever possible. Maintain accurate job reports via Protean and customer portals. Attend a twenty-four-seven call-out rota, usually one week in five. What We Are Looking For Five or more years’ experience in industrial doors and loading bay systems. Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills. Experience with three-phase isolators, commissioning, and testing. Full United Kingdom driving licence. Relevant certifications such as DHF, Eighteenth Edition, CSCS, IPAF, or PASMA are desirable.
