Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support:
o Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and social media messages professionally and promptly.
o Prepare, format, and distribute documents such as contracts, workshop materials, and reports
o Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
o Update and maintain CRM systems or spreadsheets with customer and wholesale account details.
o Assist with scheduling and managing social media posts or email campaigns.
