Our client is a franchised dealership, who are now seeking to recruit an Exceptional and experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.
Working Hours:
8:30-6:00pm 5 Days per week Monday – Saturday with one 7pm finish on rota.
Sales Controller Role
To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be co-coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives
To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s
To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability
To oversee the enquiry management process
To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained
To maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.
To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals
As a Sales Controller you:
Will have experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is ideal
You will have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulation
You will be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
You will have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
You will have proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties.
To have a valid driving licence
