The LHH team are excited to be partnering with an exclusive retail brand to recruit for an interim Financial Controller for a 6-month period. This company are based out of Central London with offices also near Milton Keynes so the individual will need to frequent both offices.
6 months interim
£500- £600 per day inside IR35
Ideally Retail / FMCG / Branding experience
Managing a team of 8 individuals within the transactional finance team and tax team
Responsibility for closing the year end accounts
General ledger management.
Overseeing the AP / AR and treasury team
Responsibilities for bank reconciliation
Taking full responsibility for critical month-end activities, including accruals, prepayments, and journal entries, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Preparation of monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, balance sheet and other financial reports & analysis etc.
Ensuring efficient cash flow management by preparing and executing weekly payment runs and forecasting immediate financial requirements.
