Halecroft Recruitment is delighted to support our client in their search for a dedicated Administrator to join their team temporarily initially from mid-April until mid-June 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to essential reporting tasks while enjoying flexible working arrangements. Responsibilities: Filter, process, and upload a large backlog of reports Coordinate additional tasks with team members Manage day-to-day activities across two email inboxes Conduct phone calls and communicate effectively internally and with customers to obtain information Ensure all administrative work is completed accurately Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed Keep records organised and up to date Adapt to changing priorities within the team Requirements: Proven experience as an Administrator or in a data entry role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience in managing multiple email inboxes Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Ability to handle a backlog of reports efficiently Hours: 35hrs per week Mon - Fri Location: Trafford Park (3 days office, 2 days working from home) Rate: £14.29 - £15.38 per hour (Paid Weekly)
