Application Support Analyst
Onsite – Leeds
£40,000 - £50,000 Plus 30 days holiday & much more!
I am seeking a highly communicative & technical Application Support Analyst to join a market-leading software platform.
They have built an online marketplace that offers its consumers direct access to the best heating/utilities products on the market, and have successfully installed over 150,000 products so far
They’re looking for someone to be part of a fast paced Platform team, building and maintaining solutions to ensure great experiences for our customers, installers and customer service team.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with our Customer Service and Operations team to investigate/reproduce and triage alldefects they raise
* Raise and log defects within JIRA
* Provide our Customer Service and Operations team with support on the platform
* Work closely with our development team to inform them of any bugs that need to be fixed
* Communicate with our Field Engineers if they are experiencing issues with the app
* Generate and report weekly reports on the status of defects & support requests
* Contribute to Test Strategies where required with the QA team
Skills & qualifications
* Solid experience using JIRA
* Experience/knowledge across functional test phases
* Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual Understanding of testing methodologies in an Agile team
* Experience in testing mobile devices/applications (iOS & Android)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Beneficial skills/interests but not essential
* Understanding of Agile methodologies in software development
* Experience in cross browser/environment testing
* Knowledge of AWS & Heroku
* Experience with Ruby and Postgres SQL
* Proven previous experience in testing web applications and/or Back Office systems
