Owls Hall Environmental is a leading wastewater engineering business that is expanding to help our customers comply with the demands of new legislation. We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Sales Coordinator to join a growing team in our lovely office location.
About the position
Key duties and responsibilities include:
1. Dealing with incoming customer queries, obtaining relevant information and providing advice and best possible solutions.
2. Managing sales orders/quotations, scheduling appointments, following up enquiries, securing orders, and ensuring customer delivery dates are met.
3. Working closely with and supporting the external sales team to identify opportunities both within our existing client base and with potential new sources of business.
Experience, skills and aptitude required:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Exceptional customer service skills.
3. A proactive attitude.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Ability to prioritise own workload.
6. Good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office.
