We are currently advertising two vacancies in our Geography department, Teacher of Geography and Assistant Curriculum Leader of Geography. We will only be filling one of these positions based on the suitability of applicants.
The Farnley Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Assistant Curriculum Leader of Geography. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy, the successful candidate will be expected to plan and teach stimulating and challenging lessons as well as support the work of the curriculum leader.
The ideal applicant will have:
1. A successful record of teaching Geography including excellent exam results at one or more of KS4 & KS5.
2. Proven track record in raising standards and achievement.
3. Experience of leading highly successful and aspirational Geography events.
