Job Title: HR Advisor
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Range: Circa £32, PA
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (one hour lunch break)
In this standalone position, working closely with the Group HR Manager, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of operational HR activities and providing expert support to business managers and employees.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Providing a comprehensive range of HR services
2. Ensuring HR processes are standardised and consistent
3. Assisting with employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary processes
4. Collaborating with the Group HR Manager to update policies in line with legislation
5. Managing monthly payroll processing
6. Undertaking HR administration duties
7. Offering advisory support on HR matters and promoting positive working practises
8. Implementing effective recruitment strategies
9. Facilitating seamless onboarding processes for new team members
10. Identifying and delivering learning and development opportunities
11. Assisting with the annual Performance Review cycle
12. Supporting the Group HR Manager on specific ad-hoc projects
13. Contributing to HR projects and assignments
To thrive in this role, our ideal candidate will possess:
14. Part CIPD qualified (minimum level 3)
15. Strong HR Generalist experience
16. Comfortable working independently
17. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Word & Excel
18. Solid understanding of employment law
19. Excellent relationship-building skills
20. High attention to detail and confidentiality
21. Exceptional multitasking abilities
