If you're ready to be part of a pioneering team that’s reshaping industries and pushing the boundaries of technology, we want to hear from you The Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing the quality management system (QMS), ensuring that products and processes meet both internal and external quality standards. This role involves creating quality plans, procedures, conducting audits, managing approved supplier listing, creating FAIR reports as well as analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in production. Key Responsibilities: • Quality Control: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet design specifications and regulatory standards. • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate product or process failures and perform root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions. • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency. • Documentation & Reporting: Compile & maintain detailed records of quality inspections (FAIR, ISIR), audits, testing, and corrective actions. Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to management. • Auditing & Compliance: Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality management standards and regulatory requirements. • Supplier Quality Management: Work with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet required quality standards. Address any quality-related issues with suppliers. • Training: Provide training to production staff on quality standards, tools, and techniques to ensure consistent product quality. • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, R&D) to address quality issues and improve product design and manufacturing processes. • Data Analysis: Analyze quality data (e.g., defect rates, product returns) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: • Proven experience (3 years) in a Quality Engineering or related role. • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100), tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC), and techniques (e.g., root cause analysis, Six Sigma). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with quality testing equipment, measurement tools, and software. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and management. • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Preferred Skills: • Certification in quality management systems. • Experience with statistical analysis software and data analysis tools. • Familiarity with industry-specific standards (e.g., automotive, aerospace, composites).
