You will be assisting in the efficient operation of a busy food and beverage business as a General Assistant for Sodexo at Palfrey Infants School, Walsall. You will be in charge of presenting the kitchen items and ensuring we provide the greatest service by arranging them in the most visually appealing way. In addition, you have no unsociable hours and are off on public holidays, including Christmas! Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. What you do:
* Prepare delicious meals for our school team and pupils.
* Keep the kitchen and serving areas stocked, clean, and hygienic always.
* Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles.
* Observe food handling and hygiene regulations.
* Follow health and safety guidelines.
* Ensure that all machines and equipment are operated correctly.
* Always uphold the reputation of the company.
* Demonstrate a great sense of teamwork.
* Adopt a dedicated and orderly approach.
* Prioritize work, handle pressure, and communicate well at all levels.
* Show impeccable punctuality and dependability.
* Experience in a similar environment (helpful but not a deal breaker).
