Senior HR Advisor (ER & Payroll)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join a growing organisation, reporting to the Head of HR and People. This role will provide expert support across employee relations, payroll, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, and restructures.
Coordinate colleague surveys and HR reporting.
Support wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
Liaise with outsourced payroll to ensure accuracy.
Manage payroll queries, salary reviews, and bonuses.
Organise long service awards and events. What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ HR generalist experience.
CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
Strong employment law and payroll knowledge.
Excellent planning, organisation, and people skills. Location & Benefits:
Wychbold, Worcestershire – Monday to Friday (39.5 hours/week)
