You will oversee a portfolio of clients/customers, ensuring comprehensive and efficient post-sales support at every stage. You will be responsible for delivering on departmental Service Level Agreements including: Course Confirmations Liaising with customers on their pre course needs and delegate information Ensuring learners details are correctly uploaded to CRM in order to be registered to NEBOSH/IOSH/IEMA Ensuring course materials are provided in advance for each course Collating and sending attendance records and Course check feedback Collating progress reports for each client and leading on agreed client progress meetings (monthly/quarterly) You can also expect to be responsible for: Managing approximately £800,000 in exam and extension bookings, including £500,000 in NEBOSH exams, ensuring compliance with contractual guidelines and deadlines. Building proactive, collaborative relationships with Sales Account Managers to deliver a high-standard wrap-around' service. Acting as the primary contact for clients, providing dedicated support from enrolment to certification and future course needs. Proactively assist unsuccessful learners with accessing extensions and re-sits. Advising clients on suitable courses, payment options, and convert inquiries into bookings to meet targets. Collaborating with the Head of Operations and Senior Course Coordinator to enhance the wrap-around service' and provide customer progress reports. Working with leadership to integrate technology and improve operational processes. Delivering exceptional customer service to external clients and internal teams at all times. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you must have have/ be: Excellent understanding and working knowledge of all Microsoft packages. Customer focused and excellent telephone manner. Knowledge of principles and practise of sales. Excellent word-processing skills. Attention to detail - accuracy. Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated. Strong initiative and ability to work to tight deadlines and fluctuating workload. Excellent English skills both written / verbal. Team player in addition to ability to work unsupervised. Results focused. To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have: Previous experience working in a training company.
