Multi-Skilled Operative (Carpenter)
Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire
Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £33,968 - £37,742 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused multi-trade professional with a carpentry background to step into a key role with our dedicated organisation.
In this role, you’ll work in and around our customers’ homes to ensure our properties are maintained to a high standard. Covering a range of maintenance duties, you’ll repair and replace doors and windows, install fences, conduct locksmithing, repair staircases, floors and kitchen units and maintain and replenish your van stock. Liaising with a range of customers, you’ll ensure a first-class service every time.
We’re looking for someone with…
- Strong multi-trade experience
- Comprehensive experience in UPVC/composite door and window maintenance
- Health and Safety training
- A City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in carpentry
- A full, valid driving licence
Please note, this role may involve lifting and moving heavy objects, tools and materials as well as working in confined spaces and at heights.
You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
