What the Job Involves The Facilities Management Support Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facility services across Council buildings. This includes security functions and emergency response duties, managing building systems, coordinating contractor activities, preparing spaces for events, and supporting the internal Print Unit. Key tasks include handling mail and courier services, performing basic administrative work, and maintaining building standards and safety. You will also support the Council's Civil Contingency Plan and attend relevant training.
