As a Distribution Change Manager you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing efficient processes that align with our transformation goals. What you’ll be doing: GTM Facilitation : Steering the design, development and implementation of sales and retention processes. Representing Distribution in cross-functional discussions, ensuring GTM strategies meet operational and revenue-generating needs. Establishing relationships, working closely with key stakeholders, to understand business requirements and to ensure these are translated into project scope and tasks. Understanding the desired customer experience by designing and delivering detailed solutions that are aligned with business strategy. Knowing key drivers within the business and evaluating information to design solutions. Identifying the impact of business change and delivering solutions that minimise risk, ensuring business readiness and improving efficiency. Communicating project progress with key stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Establishing and guiding the agenda for continuous improvement, focusing on process optimisation and efficiency. Ensuring operational processes and procedures are documented and controlled. Utilising feedback to identify performance gaps and prioritising improvement initiatives. Performance & Reporting: Working in partnership with Distribution Management teams to establish and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are paramount to project delivery. Reporting progress and insights to Distribution Management. Proficient change methodologies, preferably in Agile and/or Lean Six Sigma. Ability to problem solve, build partnerships and collaborate to resolve issues and meet shared aims. Proficient in conflict resolution. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst handling multiple priorities. Methodical with sound organisational and judgement skills. Ability to develop detailed work plans that ensure project success. Stakeholder management and commercial skills with the ability to present and communicate with all levels. Global private medical or general insurance exposure is desirable but not essential. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
