Job Type:

Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children’s matters, pre and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation disputes.
* Provide high-quality, client-focused legal advice and representation, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding of the complex and emotional nature of family law issues.
* Conduct effective communication with clients, including keeping them informed of case progress and managing their expectations.
* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and referral sources, promoting the firm’s services and reputation.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues within the family law department and across the firm to ensure a seamless, integrated service for clients.
* Actively participate in business development initiatives, including attending networking events, contributing to marketing materials, and engaging in community outreach activities.
* Stay current with developments in family law and contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s services, processes, and overall performance.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor, or Legal Executive.
* A minimum of three years of experience working in family law.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
* Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload and meeting targets.
* Demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent client care and building long-term client relationships.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with keen attention to detail.
* A proactive and resourceful approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
* A strong team player, with a positive and collegial attitude, willing to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
Up to £55,000 dependant on experience, generous bonus scheme and benefits package.
