In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that customer concerns are handled professionally, efficiently, and with care, while helping to improve the quality of our service delivery. About the Role: You will act as a central point of contact for customer queries, ensuring that all issues are managed through to resolution. This includes working closely with both internal teams and external subcontractors to coordinate responses and maintain excellent service standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms. Log, track, and resolve customer issues using internal systems. Liaise effectively with operational teams and subcontractors to investigate and resolve customer concerns. Keep customers informed throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience. Monitor recurring issues and support continuous service improvements. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with service standards. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has previous experience in a customer service, coordination, or administrative role. Communicates clearly, professionally, and with empathy. Can multitask and remain composed in a dynamic environment. Is confident using IT systems such as CRMs and Microsoft Office. Takes ownership of their work and seeks opportunities to improve outcomes.
