Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide product pre-sales promotion, including introducing new product features to Channel Customers, helping customers to select products, and working with sales staff for sales targets.
2. Define and manage a product roadmap balancing delivery with value and aligned to the organizational strategy.
3. Provide product training to technical engineers for our channel customers and help them to improve the standard of their technical knowledge.
4. Liaise with customers to collect product reviews, contribute to the continuous improvement of technology processes through identifying customer feedback for improvement and implementing changes to product management.
5. Help customers prepare tender documents and ensure tenders meet required standards.
6. Assist business partners such as distributors and resellers in brand promotion, cooperating with the Dahua Marketing Team about promotional materials for customers to develop the company's business.
7. Provide technical support and advice on all aspects of video surveillance equipment for sales staff and customers, including responding to customers on technical problems, cooperating with R&D on troubleshooting, and integrating with third-party companies.
8. Maintain efficient communication with headquarters regarding new product lines and other technical issues, ensuring timely problem resolution.
Key Attributes:
1. Experience in managing multiple products and initiatives simultaneously with appropriate prioritization.
2. Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm, access control, door entry, video conference, VMS, cloud storage, video wall, video/audio matrix, network, and industrial drone products.
3. Ability to work autonomously with confidence and set a clear direction for strategic workstreams.
4. Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical specialists.
5. Ability to influence and generate buy-in across the organization.
6. Proven ability to handle, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
7. Good customer service and communication skills.
8. Ability to handle pressure and learn new technologies quickly.
9. A positive attitude.
