Description We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team specialising in Engineering for our Cummins Emissions Solutions Business Unit in Darlington, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week onsite. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Supporting a Diverse Team: Provide administrative support to engineer leads and engineers across the Cummins Emissions Solutions business unit in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. Comprehensive Administrative Support: Handle routine to complex information requests and prepare documents to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the team. Visitor and Inquiry Management: Respond to or redirect inquiries and receive visitors, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and promptly. Efficient Data Management: Gather, compile, and input data accurately to ensure reliable information for decision-making. Research and Reporting: Conduct research and prepare statistical reports to keep the team informed and enable data-driven decisions. Payment Processing: Prepare and submit documentation for payments to ensure vendors and suppliers are paid on time, maintaining good relationships. Policy Documentation: Document and maintain departmental policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Team Collaboration: Participate in business improvement projects to foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
