About the Role
As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants, working alongside the Deputy General Manager, and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

About You
We're looking for individuals who possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
