Key Skills:
Strong Excel skills - confident in working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data manipulation.
Attention to detail - ensures accuracy in handling and updating data.
Eagerness to learn - enthusiasm for developing new skills in data management, eCommerce platforms, and ERP systems.
Analytical thinking - able to approach problems logically and propose solutions.
Organisational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Communication skills - able to liaise effectively with team members and external contacts.
Interest in technology and data - a natural curiosity about working with systems and exploring reporting tools like Power BI or JET Reports.Main Responsibilities:
Data Management (80%):
Working predominantly with Excel to manage data into multiple platforms.
Import and update data within Microsoft NAV, including product data, supplier and selling prices.
Manage data on Magento, Amazon, eBay, and Formeo platforms.
Prepare NHS formularies and develop pricing for tenders and contracts.
Maintain data accuracy across all platforms and systems.Reporting & Development (20%):
Maintain, Design and implement automated reports using JET Reports.
Support the development of the company's Power BI strategy.
Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Assist in data-heavy projects, including future ERP/ E-Commerce upgrades.The company offers a superb salary and benefits package coupled with state of the art training and development plan.
