Key Responsibilities of the Associate Director role:
1. Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for a variety of projects, including residential, schools, and commercial developments.
2. Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while staying within budget.
3. Provide technical leadership to the electrical design team and collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders.
4. Use Amtech and Dialux software for design and analysis of electrical systems.
5. Oversee the work of junior engineers and provide mentorship and support to foster development.
6. Ensure all projects comply with the latest building regulations and industry standards.
The ideal Associate Director will:
1. Have proven experience in electrical design within residential, school, and commercial projects.
2. Be proficient in Amtech and Dialux, with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
3. Have the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
4. Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
5. Hold relevant engineering qualifications and professional certifications.
