What you’ll be doing As a Sales Advisor, you will start the customer experience in our stores, helping through significant moments in their lives. This hybrid role involves customer service, sales, and facilities management. Understand customers’ needs and provide the best solutions. Maximise sales opportunities through product promotion. Deliver high-quality customer service in person, via email, or phone. Conduct daily health and safety walkarounds to maintain site cleanliness. Perform general administrative tasks on our database.
