HR Advisor
Location: Central London (hybrid, 3 days in office)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE + benefits
Our client, a global hospitality company, is looking for a German speaking HR Advisor to provide expert support to a portfolio of 6 hotels across Germany and Austria on a 13 month fixed term contract (due to end June 2026).
Reporting into the HR Director for Europe and working closely with stakeholders across Germany and Austria, this is a generalist role encompassing recruitment, employee relations, payroll management (alongside an outsourced payroll provider), and HR administration. The role will require occasional travel to locations across Germany (typically once every 1-2 months).
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the recruitment process, supporting hiring managers in attracting top talent.
* Ensure seamless payroll operations, collaborating with an outsourced provider.
* Advise on employee relations, supporting managers with disciplinary and development initiatives.
* Streamline HR administration, managing employee records and compliance.
* Enhance talent strategies, ensuring best practices in onboarding and retention.
* Travel occasionally to key locations in Germany (typically once every 1-2 months).
