We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young boy in Lichfield.
Our service user requires a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to support him throughout the day. You will accompany him on his commute to school and provide ongoing care within his educational setting.
He is an energetic young boy who loves being in the company of others and interacting with his peers. He enjoys being sung to, listening to music, and especially enjoys spending time outdoors on his garden swing.
He is unable to communicate verbally and does so via sounds and facial expressions. It is essential that you become familiar with his methods of communication to ensure his needs are met effectively. Patience and understanding are key qualities for this role.
Your role? To work closely with his teachers to create a supportive and nurturing environment where he can fully participate in his education while ensuring his clinical needs are met.

Pay Rates:
* £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
* Approx. £130.00 - £140.00 (per 10-hour day shift)
Shifts Available:
* Part Time Days
* 8:45am – 3:15pm
* Monday and Wednesday
Essential Requirements
* 3 months previous care experience
* Personal Care
* Moving and Handling
* Medication Administration
* Clear Communication Skills
