At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Sales executive to join our Education Mutual operation function based in Mansfield. Education Mutual is a market leading provider of Staff Absence Protection, a scheme which ensures that School’s remain financially stable during the absence of an employee, whilst supporting school staff with healthcare and wellbeing services. Education Mutual was formed in 2018 and is ran solely for the benefit of schools; since its formation, it has become a market leading name in the industry. How you'll make an impact Contribute to the achievement of the Education Mutual renewal sales target and own personal target. Manage relationships with key accounts, managing inbound and outbound activity. Deliver a high-quality service to our clients at all times. Negotiate the close of sales, handle member objections and overcoming competitor challenges, highlighting the benefits of Education Mutual. Assisting Member schools with claims enquiries and support Updating CRM system with customer information and managing own pipeline of activity. Providing regular reporting information on agreed KPIs About You A proven track record in sales/customer service Risk aware in handling client information, 100% client centric, focussed on the best possible outcome for our clients at all times. Due diligence and process driven to deadlines, task focused, results oriented and takes initiative. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, confident when building and maintaining rapport. Ability to work well along-side others & alone as needed Proficient in MS office. Eligible to work in the UK.
