Call a Midwife Pregnancy Advice Line The Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an enthusiastic, band 6 Midwife to join our CQC Outstanding Maternity Service. This position is open to midwives to would like to undertake some or all of their hours working as part of our nationally recognised Call a Midwife, Pregnancy Advice Line which is based at the South East Coast Ambulance Service in Crawley. Midwives applying for this role will be triaging maternity related calls and will be required to risk assess and provide robust advice to ensure patient safety. The post holder can split their role between the Advice Line and a band 6 role within the maternity service (as a continuity midwife or a core ward midwife, dependent on the needs of the service) or can undertake all their hours on the Call a Midwife service.
