Key Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire and/or security systems, with exposure to a range of brands. Familiarity with various intruder panels (e.g., Texecom, Galaxy, Scantronic) and fire systems (e.g., Twinflex, Kentec, CTec). Proven expertise in conventional and addressable fire alarm systems. FIA-recognized qualifications (preferred). Understanding of fire and intruder system regulations. Electrical qualifications (advantageous but not essential). A full, clean driving license. Additional certifications (e.g., PASMA, IPAF, CSCS, Security Clearance) are desirable. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain fire and security alarm systems to a professional standard. Troubleshoot and resolve system faults while meeting maintenance and installation targets. Educate customers on system operations, including false alarm causes and prevention. Conduct corrective and preventative maintenance. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion, actively participating in cabling tasks and other support roles. Uphold company policies, especially regarding the protection of sensitive customer information. Work Details Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Overtime opportunities available. Occasional travel and overnight stays required. On call requirements - 1/6 weeks on call with standby rates time and a half Monday - Saturday and double time on Sunday.
