Salary: £32,000 - £40,000
Hours: 4/5 days a week – 4 long days with Saturdays on a 1:4/5 rota (9:00am – 1:00pm)

Are you an experienced Veterinary Nurse ready to take the next step into leadership? This is your chance to join an independent, progressive clinic where you can truly make a difference! With over 3 years in practice, our clinic has built strong, long-term relationships with our clients and sees a busy but manageable caseload. We pride ourselves on providing high-level diagnostics and treatment options for small animals. We're now looking for a dynamic Head Vet Nurse to lead our nursing team and play a key role in the clinic’s future development.
The Role:
* Lead and support a talented team of 2 experienced RVNs, 2 SVNs, and 1 VCA.
* Work closely with Carmen, our Clinical Director, to build a leadership team that shapes the clinic’s future.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care standards and client services.
* Split your time between clinical responsibilities and leadership development.
* Guide and develop junior staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with some leadership or team management experience.
* A capable clinician who can work independently and take initiative.
* Someone passionate about progressing their career into a leadership role.
* Open to those who have led a team before or someone great who’s ready to take on their first head nurse role with support and training.
