Payroll Administrator Glasgow Salary - £22,000 - £24,000 Monday - Friday, Full time Huntress are seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Payroll Administrator to join a dynamic team In Glasgow. You will be supporting the Payroll team with processing of payroll for all employees within the company as well as many other ad-hoc administrative tasks. Duties include : Ensure timely and accurate entry of payroll data into the payroll system. Assist with the administration of employee benefits, tax, and pension contributions. Maintain accurate records of employee hours, overtime, and absences. Support the preparation and submission of statutory payments, including PAYE, NI, and pension contributions. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information. Keep up-to-date with payroll legislation and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the payroll team. Skills & Experience: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Previous experience in payroll or a similar administrative role is desirable but not essential Excellent organisational and time management skills.
