My client is a well-established and highly accredited practice looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy and growing team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Senior Leadership team and other Solicitors, covering a broad range of Wills, Trusts, LPAs and Probate matters.
Main duties will include:
* Providing full secretarial support including drafting and proof-reading documents, managing diaries and maintaining accurate records.
* Assisting with the preparation of court documents and managing the filing and serving of these documents.
* Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership team and other Solicitors.
* Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
* Providing a high level of customer service to clients and colleagues.
