Project Quantity Surveyor – Bristol - Stroud
Salary: £50000- £60000 + £6000 Car Allowance

About the Role:
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll oversee multi-utility projects from start to finish, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency. Working closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Finance teams, you'll track budgets, manage invoicing, and assess financial implications. You’ll contribute to key meetings and ensure projects stay on budget while delivering quality results.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Project and Civil Managers to track project financial performance and keep budgets on track.
* Provide the Project Finance team with accurate updates on budgets, month-end reports, and continuous feedback for improvement.
* Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accurate billing and resolving discrepancies in costs.
* Analyze project changes, maintaining strong client focus and presenting updates to senior leadership.
* Contribute to monthly profit and loss meetings, offering insights to enhance project performance.
Ideal Candidate:
* At least 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.
* Experience in contract management.
* Familiarity with project or commercial management processes.
* Strong communication and financial analysis skills.
* Knowledge of multi-utility projects is beneficial.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.
* Contract management experience.
* Qualifications such as HNC in Quantity Surveying or a related field are desirable.
