This role will primarily involve working on digital and print design projects, ensuring consistency across all visual assets, and potentially contributing to videography. What You’ll Be Doing Design Development: Create and design a variety of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, packaging, brochures, advertisements, and website visuals. Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms and marketing materials. Video Content Creation (if applicable): Assist in planning, filming, and editing video content for marketing campaigns and social media, contributing to storytelling through visual media. Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that effectively communicate brand messages. Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work. Feedback Incorporation: Take direction and feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes. Innovation: Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team. What You’ll Bring to the Role 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with an FMCG or similar brand. A portfolio showcasing a range of work, including both digital and print design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential. Knowledge of video editing software (such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut) is a plus. Strong creative skills and an eye for detail to ensure high standards of design quality. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment.
