An opportunity exists for a Mobilisation / Resourcing Officer to join the team and take responsibility for high volume blue collar recruitment for shutdowns across Western Australia. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys fast paced role and who likes to engage and connect with people, some one who can work autonomously and as a team player
Job responsibilities
1. Client specific ownership of the end to end shutdown mobilisation process.
2. Ensuring pre mobilisation tasks are executed in a timely manner i.e. Medicals, PPE, NPC etc
3. Onboarding personnel within client specific platforms – CMS, ERMS, Workflow, Pegasus, ENABLE, RTIO SHUT Admin etc for securing flights and accommodation
4. Allocate manning in a timely manner ensuring all Client requests are filled.
5. Assist with Recruitment administration duties such as phone screening, interviewing and reference checking.
6. Ensure employees adhere to all HSE requirements onsite and offsite
7. Build and Maintain relationships with Key internal and external stakeholders.
8. Ensure all HR documentation and training records are maintained and accurately recorded
9. Submitting Purchase Order Requests
10. Associated admin duties as required or allocated by your Manager
What you bring
11. Previous Shutdown mobilisation experience preferable
12. Experience working in a fast-paced environment
13. Self motivated with effective time management skills
14. Ability to juggle multiple tasks
15. Proficiency with Microsoft office suites, particularly Excel
16. Available to assist outside normal office hours
