About the Role
As the Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for driving a busy lettings department. The responsibilities include:
1. Communicate with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth lettings processes and have the ability to answer complex queries
2. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
3. Manage tenancy renewals and terminations
4. Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities
5. Carry out weekly/monthly reviews with staff to ensure targets are achieved
