Qualifications and experience
Essential
* NMC Registered Nurse
* Minimum 2 years post qualifying experience
Desirable
* Experience of enteral feeding.
* Experience of tracheostomy care.
* Experience of non-invasive ventilation.
* Previous experience in I.C.U./Recovery/Critical/Complex care
* Full specialist training and shadowing shifts will be provided.
Responsibilities
* To be part of a complex bespoke package of care for a home-based client who requires 24-hour total care provision.
* To be a reliable and professional member of a complex community service provision team.
* To be dedicated to the client and their needs.
* To work alongside family members in a respectful manner when they are present with the client at home.
* To work alongside members of the MDT when client may receive support from outside agencies.
* To strive towards continuous improvement whilst practicing and upholding all the NMC codes of conduct.
Hours
* Full time/part time and bank hours available.
* Day and night shifts - 12 hour shifts.
* Must be reliable and flexible in work pattern.
Pay Scale
* £29 per hour.
* Bank holiday at enhanced rate.
