Solicitor/ Barrister Adult Social Care
Full Time, Permanent (part time will be considered)
Hours: 37 hrs per week
Salary: Grade 12 (£49,764 - £52,805)
Location: Agile Working/Dudley Town Centre
We require an experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor (or equivalent) to support the Council’s Adult Social Care Service on a full-time permanent basis. (Part time will be considered).
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day provision of an efficient and effective legal service to the Council, its Members, and Officers.
Occasional court attendance will be required to represent the Council on Adult Social Care matters.
Applicants should have experience in adult social care law and general litigation law. The ability to work well within a team is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate the following practical skills: excellent communication, organisational, and ICT skills.
