They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join their team and oversee various critical functions within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Purchasing: Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials. Production: Oversee production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines. Assembly: Supervise assembly operations to ensure quality and consistency. Stock Control: Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels. Customer Service: Lead customer service initiatives to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Invoicing: Oversee invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Reporting: Preparing reports and updates for the Board of Directors Systems Development: Maintain and develop systems to keep the Managing Director (MD) informed and updated. Travel: Limited travel required, only a small portion of the role involves visiting customers, suppliers, and exhibitions. Qualifications: Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
