About the role
The Customer Service Advisor is the first point of contact to the college via telephone and on reception for visitor enquiries. The key responsibilities include:
Providing an excellent responsive customer service to learners, staff and visitors,
To operate the switchboard, answering and transferring calls as appropriate.
Inputting of accurate data into the college systems as appropriate addressing internal and external enquiries and carrying out related tasks.
About the person
The ideal candidate should have experience:
Level 2 Administration or Customer Service Qualification
A proven track record of administrative support
Experience of dealing with customers, face to face, written and by telephone,
Experience of liaising with a wide range of people and an understanding of the education sector.
ICT Skills to Level 2
Customer care skills
strong and confident communication skills, excellent telephone manner, good written and interpersonal skills,
Good organisational and administrative skills and an ability to form effective working relations.
