Responsibilities
Supervise and support junior support staff in delivering high-quality care.
Assess and evaluate client needs, developing individual care plans accordingly.
Implement support strategies that enhance the clients' independence and quality of life.
Facilitate communication between clients, families, and external service providers.
Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and reporting in compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Assist in the training and development of new staff to ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a support worker role or similar environment.
Possession of a relevant qualification in health and social care, such as Level 3 or above.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of care regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and families.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support and advocate for clients.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 20:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.47
Location: Bath, Bath & N E Somerset
