The team is made of up of ten staff members who are involved in supporting the Learning and Development managers and trainers, from the initial planning of a new course through to the recording, reporting and evaluation of training. The team also has a strong focus on improving and streamlining processes to offer the best possible service to the business. The role will enable you to showcase your exceptional organisational and administrative skills while working both independently and collaboratively, as you will meet and communicate with people from across the group. Learning and Development is an exciting area of the business and there will be opportunities to work on projects and support the delivery of business-critical training. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a flexible and creative way and is keen to develop new skills within a supportive environment. The role of Learning and Development Administrator will include: Providing administrative support to our learning and development managers and trainers to ensure the successful organisation, delivery and recording of training. This will include booking management, issuing of joining instructions and the recording of learning Monitoring course numbers and advertising appropriately to ensure all training delivered is cost and time effective for the business Providing managers and staff within the business with prompt guidance and advice, in response to all learning related queries to ensure that there are no barriers to accessing training of any kind Support relationships with internal and external customers, identifying areas for improvement in service delivery and working with the team to implement changes that will improve the experience for our customers Respond positively to all customer feedback to ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered Use a variety of learning management systems and other platforms and tools to produce high-quality accurate training data Take part in regular auditing of data to ensure comprehensive and reliable compliance reports can be produced for the business and external regulatory bodies Skills and experiences: Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with people of all levels and from across the business Current experience in a high-volume customer service environment Current experience of working in an administrative role The ability to work well in a team whilst maintaining a friendly and professional manner Flexible, adaptable and can work well within a changeable environment Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Teams Why work for us?
