I am currently recruiting for a product genius to create an exceptional customer experience at this market leading dealership.
About the role
As a product genius you will be devoted to learning about our brands and assisting our customers make the right choice when they purchase a vehicle. You will be our in-branch expert.
This is a truly exceptional opportunity for an individual who excels in customer service and is a superstar full of bright ideas about how to create an exceptional experience for our amazing customers.
* Assisting your branch with various marketing activities – from dreaming up inspiring content for our social media platforms to taking part in events.
* Learning about our products so you can help our customers find the perfect fit.
* Preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead.
* Organising and accompanying customers on test-drives.
* Being an expert on our vehicles and manufacturers.
* Providing relevant information and being there for our customers with all the answers.
* Handovers for sold vehicles.
* Taking photos and videos of cars.
Essential skills
* You’ll be a confident communicator both face to face and over the phone.
* Someone that understands that a positive attitude gets great results.
* You will be willing to go the extra mile, through the initial contact stages to the final handover and after-sales assistance.
* You will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer journey with a positive memorable experience for all the right reasons.
* You will need a full clean UK driving license.
* As happy working on your own initiative as you are in a team.
* MUST have sales experience.
You’ll get plenty of support and training – and you must be a candidate with a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn and to be the best.
