Purpose of the role
We are currently experiencing an exciting phase of growth, We are currently looking for a Regional Service Sales Manager who would be responsible for driving sales and strategy planning within the United Kingdom. Achieving regional sales targets & generating new business opportunities. This role involved account management, proactive sales efforts and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Sales & Strategic planning in the UK - this includes, Market Analysis, Competitor price level surveys, define regional sales strategies in line with CSI LS
* Manage service agreements on key accounts - this includes being responsible to achieve sales targets, execute sales activities, negotiate proposals & utilize the service partner in the area effectively.
* Manage key accounts and progress with business development of these accounts - this includes, Developing new leads and opportunities, define and execute the customer sales plan & to create and manage long terms relationships.
* Cross functional collaboration - this includes developing joint strategies to optimize service offerings globally, facilitate regular cross functional meetings to review performance & develop service transitional plans.
* Internal Coordination - this includes Team building, asses quote proposals drafted by sales team & to understand how the LS product and services affect the OEE product lines.
Knowledge & Experience
* Technical experience with Material Handling Equipment
* Multiple years of building close customer relationships in a commercial environment
* a proven understanding of the service engineering sector, ideally within the automation & machine manufacturing industries
* experience of presenting technical solutions
* pro-active management of existing and new customers
